If Obama, then US gets a CTO.
Carrying on with the tech and the geek spree, Obama has come out with a promise of appointing a CTO for the US – he is responsible mainly for broadband penetration and such. Read about it here

This is a killer move and Obama could actually get in touch with the people even after the elections are over – that is if he can kick some royal Mc Cain ass on 11/4. On the flip side, he is also opening an avenue for open president bashing for four years. One wrong move and the entire nation could be blogging, micro blogging and such within minutes. Right moves (read charity, homes for poor, third world country promotions) may not come out in.
