“A Complete User Experience”

A clause so common that I barely these words now on the web. But complete user experience – hell not yet. Not even the “GOD of UX” has come up with the complete user experience yet.

1. Experience is for the five (may be six) senses.
2. Now we have conquered the sight and the hearing.
3. Smell, Taste, Feel and the “sixth sense” still pretty much remains to be dealt with.

Just like speakers, we could have “smellers” or “tasters” or whatever those things could be called with some sort of volume control. I am sure all the cookery sites would get the boost then.

Frequency debate

Reach x Frequency = Gross Rating points.

Fellow formula lovers – The above formula pretty much helps you crack most of the media decisions taken irrespective of the medium. However, e-marketer seems to have taken this formula a little above the mark. Cluttering the available header space with the same message thrice may not really qualify as thrice the frequency. Does it?

Whats the trip?

I have been tripping on trips off late. A beautiful concept in itself. Relate the stuff to the concept of a concept – deep to anyone with above average IQ levels.

Some arbit trips have been sounded here and there in Webchutney of late. Tripping on Mac, tripping on a ‘thod phod’ design, tripping on Goa, tripping on going home, tripping on a beautful piece of code, tripping on Satriani, tripping on some good whiskey or just tripping on a trip!

There were trips on some beautiful codes too – some sort of geeky trip. How CSS makes you trip types. Not just yet there with respect to CSS is my trip on. Will give everyone some beautiful trip when I am just getting there.
